Ever made fresh parsley pesto ?
The vitamins and minerals along with the "bite" parsley has is a nice variation to basil or cilantro.
1 bunch of freshly rinsed parsley
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup grated parmesan reggiano
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
sea salt / fresh cracked pepper
- Blend all ingredients together and pour into a bowl. Use raw veggies and chips, or pour and toss over pasta.
