In teaching my goal is to instruct and enhance one's vision in the creative process. Having moved forward from a career in Hand Therapy, I am intrigued by the benefits of unlocking an individual’s intuitive strengths as well as strengthening our "creative muscle" within. There is truth in the fact: "the eyes of one's heart truly can become enlightened." This takes place in one's creative expression.

Auburn Blackberries
Blackberries with Vanilla Ice Cream
2 cups fresh ripe berries
Zest of 1/2 Lemon
3 Tbsp.'s Superfine Sugar
1 Tbsp. Gran Marnier
Fold ingredients together gently spoon over vanilla ice cream .
